Product Description

With high-grade hips raw materials and anti-static formula added, the surface of the sheet can have frosted effects through a sanding pattern mold.  Various pigments can be added to make various colorful hips frosted sheets.

1. HIPS anti-static frosted sheet is made of imported high-grade polystyrene. Density: 1.05 g/cm3. Resistance value: 10⁵ to 10⁷.Thickness: 0.25 to 3 mm. Width: up to 1200, which can be cut and divided according to the specifications required by customers.

2. The melting temperature of Hips material is 150 to 180 ºC. The thermal decomposition temperature is 300 ºC. It can be soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorinated hydrocarbons, ketones (except isophorone) and esters. It is resistant to many mineral oils, organic acids, alkalis, salts, lower alcohols and their aqueous solution. But it is not resistant to boiling water.
