Product Description

Mouth Props are made from silicone with serrated areas, designed for teeth to rest on without slipping. Very helpful to maintain the patients mouth open especially during long procedures, or for patients that have problems maintaining an appropriate opening. Helps stabilize the bite when the patient experiences tremors due to muscle fatigue.

How to use? The patient opens his or her mouth to a comfortable wide position, and the rubber Mouth Prop is inserted, which holds the mouth in the desired position. Should the surgeon need the mouth to open wider, the patient must open wider, and the Mouth Prop can be positioned more to the posterior of the mouth. The rubber Mouth Prop has a trapezoidal shape and is placed with the narrower end towards the back of the mouth, and the flat closed side towards the cheek.
 

Comfortable and flexible silicone, resistant to high temperature 121ºC, ideal for opening tthe upper and lower arch, convenient for operating. L, M, S type, fit for different people.
