usage method
Open the packing box to check whether the machine is in good condition, whether the screws are loose, push and
pull the paper knife and wrench repeatedly, make sure that there is no mechanical internal damage during the
transportation, connect the power supply, and put the medical packaging paper and plastic bag on the bracket into the
guide paper slot.
Turn on the power, set the temperature to the appropriate value (the user can make appropriate adjustment according
to the local climate and sealing material need value, heating indicator light, the machine starts preheating, when the
actual temperature reaches the set temperature to start work. Digital display displays green as set temperature and red as
actual temperature.
1. Plasma packaging bag: set temperature 120 ºC, such as the actual temperature stabilized to 120 ºC, plasma
packaging paper surface down into the heating strip, handle down pressure, about 6 seconds after lifting the handle can.
Observe the packing bag seal, if not qualified, please adjust the temperature to operate again.
2.Ethylene oxide / pressure steam packing bag: when the temperature is set to 180 ºC, the paper surface of ethylene
oxide / pressure steam bag is put down into the heating strip, the handle is pressed down, and the handle is raised about 3
seconds later. Observe the packing bag seal, if not qualified, please adjust the temperature to operate again.
