Attention to details:  

1. After collection, the dilution powder temperature difference between the semen of the original pig and the semen of the breeding pig should not exceed 1 degree before diluting each other.  
 
2. The semen dilution powder of breeding pigs is diluted 1:1 with the original semen after collection, so that the sperm can fully adapt to the process in the dilution. After 1 minute, the sperm can be diluted at high times according to their own needs.  
 
3. The best semen preservation effect can be achieved by diluting the mixture of pure double distilled water and breeding pig semen diluting powder.  
 
4. The semen diluent must be preheated in the water bath at 32-38ºC for 30 minutes, and the long-effect diluent should be preheated for 50 minutes to maintain the PH balance of the effective diluent, so as to achieve the best purpose of mixing with the original semen.  
 
5. When checking the sperm motility after dilution, please "preheat" to 37 degrees in advance for observation.  
 
6. In winter and hot summer, pay attention to the control of indoor temperature when diluting semen and collecting semen. The indoor temperature had better be constant at 23-26 degrees.
